will be sent direct to your preferred blog reader. My main interests are Landscape and Animal photos with the occasional digital art.Enjoy! About me Welcome, my name is David and I am an amateur photographer. At the moment photography is my hobby which I fit around work
and my family but hopefully as I improve it will lead to something more. I have a great passion for photography and I am always
trying to look at things in a different way. As you will read I do not own any expensive gear so you will be able to see what
can be achieved on a low budget.
A brief history I started back in spring 2003 with a small Nikon E775 digital compact which I got for taking family snaps. I soon became more
interested in other subjects of photography such as landscapes and animals. Within a couple of months I decided that I needed
to upgrade to an SLR camera, digital SLRs were way out of my price range so I settled on a Nikon F65 twin lens kit. Later
I got an F75 body and a Sigma 135-400mm lens. Until Jan06 I had been using slide film and have been scanning into photoshop,
but with the price of digi bodies dropping (and the fact that my film scanner packed up) I ended up buying a Nikon D50 kit.
So this is my current gear along with a few filters, remote shutter release, tripod, beanbag and camouflage gear for the wildlife
stuff. Hope you didn't die of boredom reading this!
